This means that if there is a manufacturing issue you can come back to us without hassle and we will send a replacement watch or strap free of charge. If you are outside of the warranty period, contact us through the contact page any way. We are happy to assist.

2. How durable is the watch?

Your watch is made of solid stainless steel with anti-scratch sapphire crystal, and fitted with an original SEIKO quartz movement (the Japanese inventor of the quartz watch). It's like a $500 watch at a fraction of the price.

3. What is your return policy?

Simple. You have 30 days to try your watch. As long as it is not damaged or shows signs of wear and tear you can send it back to us. Get in touch by email through the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. We won't hassle you, just may ask you for the reason. 4. It's a present, will it be on time?
